If you’re making drop cookies, make a double batch so you have some to freeze. Just form the dough into cookie size balls and freeze on a cookie sheet. When the dough is frozen, put the balls into a freezer bag and keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you want to make cookies, just take out however many you need and bake. No need to thaw!
Be sure to label the bags with the name of the cookie and the baking directions.
