Lemon-Blueberry Tart

Another “Kim Surprise” that turned out well! This is delicious and pretty, too.

Lay a sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet and prick it well with a fork. This will keep it from getting too poofy. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Spread a jar of lemon curd over the pastry. Next, spread whipped cream over the lemond curd. Cover the whipped cream with fresh blueberries.
