I made this Sunday night, and it was a huge hit. If you need a pizza dough recipe, there’s one here and a whole wheat recipe here. Personally, I now buy prepared whole wheat pizza dough at Stew Leonard’s and use that. Anything that will save some time.
BBQ pizza is simpe. Instead of tomato sauce, use BBQ sauce. Top with sliced grilled chicken and thinly sliced sweet onions, then top everything with plenty of mozzarella. (Smoked mozzarella would probably be wonderful, too.) Bake at 475 for 20 minutes.
