One of my favorite remedies for a sleepless night.
Just pour a cup of milk into a saucepan and add 2 teaspoons of chamomile flowers, or a chamomile teabag. Warm the milk to a simmer, then remove from the heat and let it steep for a few minutes. Sweeten with a few drops of honey.
