‘Tis the season for leftover turkey. Lots and lots and lots of leftover turkey. One of my favorite ways to use it up is to make turkey salad. I hate celery, but turkey salad – like chicken salad – needs something in it that goes crunch. The solution? Apples. Instead of chopping up celery for your turkey salad, try a chopped apple instead. It adds a really yummy, sweet crunch.
