This isn’t really so much a recipe as it is a reminder to me of how I made these fantastic burgers last night. They were so good. We had them sans bun, smothered in extra mushrooms and onions, with a salad and sweet potato oven fries on the side.
Sauteé chopped onions in a bit of olive oil. When the onions are getting soft, add mushrooms and sauteé until the mushrooms shrink. Add to a pound of ground turkey, along with a few generous shots of Worcestershire sauce and enough cornmeal to bind. Form into patties and cook.
With a pound of ground turkey, I got 4 very generously sized burger and a little baby one out of this mixture.
