Reheating Rice

A repost from the Witch’s Kitchen, which will soon go away.

Okay, so maybe this is something everyone knows, but I came up with a brilliant idea today. The problem with microwaving cooked rice is that it dries out, right? So I got the idea to wet a paper towel and tuck it over the top of the bowl, making sure it touched the rice, then microwaved it for two-and-a-half minutes. The result was perfect, moist rice.

I’m brilliant, I tell you. Brilliant.
